Harmonized FMEA analysis

The target of the diploma thesis on „Harmonized FMEA analysis“ is to familiarize with principles of quality planning and studying the theory of existing APQP tools. Another goal is to learn the basics of the new manual of harmonized FMEA analysis and discover some available SW tools for project support. This diploma thesis will be focused mainly on DFMEA analysis of traction assembly and the concept of changing to new harmonized version from VDA/AIAG will be explained. This concept meets the requirements for clear and comprehensible output required by the manufacturer, supplier, and customer. The diploma thesis is elaborated as a detailed clear guide for easier processing of FMEA according to the new manual.

8D report as a tool for improving the quality of production

The Bachelor's thesis is focused on the quality as a means of effective production. Furthermore, it demonstrates individual methods, which are relevant in quality improvement . The procedures and a method 8D that were chosen are described in detail. Such as beneficial funds for quality improvement. The method 8D is considered the most effective mode. In order to achieve these objectives is provided minutely delineation of individual steps of the strategy. The main objective of this work is an analysis of a specific example for business practice. Moreover, it elucidates solutions of the 8D complaint report usage.

The risk during introduction of quality methods in public administration

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to specify the risk during introduction of quality methods in public administration based on analyse of the quality methods in Municipality Jablonec nad Nisou. First theoretical part of the work is focused on development of public administration and on the theoretical definition of chosen quality methods, especially CAF, benchmarking, ISO, Balanced Scorecard and local Agenda 21. Second part of the bachelor thesis is focused on empirical results of expert interview and questionaire made in Municipality Jablonec nad Nisou. In the end of the work are defined main risks of implemenation of quality methods resulting from the survey.

Kvalita výkonu veřejné správy

Práce je zaměřena kvalitu ve veřejné správě. Je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je stručně popsána veřejná správa. Popis je více zaměřen na územní samosprávu. Druhá kapitola je už zaměřena na kvalitu a na kvalitu ve veřejné správě. Jsou zde popsány metody kvality, které se ve veřejné správě používají. V poslední části se nachází seznámení s městysem Stonařov a s místním úřadem a vyhodnocení spokojenosti občanů s činností tohoto úřadu.

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na kvalitu potahových textilií ve vozech společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Teoretická část popisuje, jakým způsobem se zajišťuje, ověřuje a hodnotí kvalita potahových textilií ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu výsledků výzkumného šetření, které bylo zaměřené na zjištění spokojenosti spotřebitelů s potahovými textiliemi ve vozidlech Škoda, jejich názorů a zkušeností.
